The molded cells supplied by Unicell are covered by a Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product under normal use; effective May 2007. The Unicell Enhance series of drawers,
trays and shelves are also included in the lifetime limited warranty.

The lifetime limited warranty does not apply to castors, locks or protective covers; each of which are subject to a warranty period of 5 years under all terms and conditions as specified in this warranty.

All other Unicell components are subject to a warranty period of 10 years under terms and conditions as specified in this warranty.

Unicell will not assume liability for loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, incidental or consequential damages.

Unicell will support any warranty supplied by other manufacturer's products to the fullest extent possible as written and supported by that manufacturer.

This warranty extends only to the original purchaser who obtains product from Unicell or its authorized distributors.

Should it be necessary to repair or replace the product or the component(s) during the warranty period, Unicell will provide repair or replacement (at our option) free of charge. The warranty period will take effect on the actual date the owner accepts equipment.

Any service performed which does not conform to maintenance guidelines provided by Unicell will void the warranty.

All warranty work must be performed by an authorized Unicell distributor representative.

This warranty will not apply in cases when product failure is caused by conditions beyond the control of Unicell such as:

• Damage from misuse or abuse
• Exposure of Unicell products to a temperature exceeding 180 degrees Fahrenheit / 82 degrees Celsius
• Failure resulting from general wear and tear
• Damage to coated surfaces due to wear or abrasion
• Maintenance neglect
• Improper service supply such as electrical, water or gas
• Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions or subject to improper storage conditions
• Any modifications to the original product
• Improper installation, unless installation was carried out by a Qualified Unicell Distributor/Contractor
